INFO ABOUT THE ORGANİSATION
• Date : 08-30. MARCH 2008
• Place: Karacan Point Center Art Gallery / Marmaris
• Gallery Opening hours : every day between 12.00 and 19.00
• Artists may join the art exhibition with 1 easel, 2 pictures or 1 table about 70x50 to show sculp, ceramics, adornment.
• For each easel or table 150 TL +VAT is to be paid as contribution to the organisation .
• Art pieces must be placed by the owner at 07.March 2008 between 13.00-19.00
• To have an announcement in the magazine” HABER “(including 1000 x exhibition catalogue) 1/4 page (CV with picture + picture of the art piece) costs 50.-TL
• To take a place in a DVD, which will be played all day during the exhibition in the gallery and to have this DVD.
• To
• join the gala night dinner incl.live-music . 30.-TL per person.
• To own an artist-wagon, in the artist-train, in the artists web site MAKSEV (www.maksev.org) 3 months 50.-TL, 6 months 100.-TL, 12 months 150.-TL

Service and Presentation Opportunities:
• Participation fee is to be paid in 3 installment (each month ). 03.March is the final day of the payments
• In case of selling an art piece, 25 % of the price has to be paid to the KALİMERHABA ORG. as “art-director fee” (receipt is available)
• To prepare and arrange the gallery
• Opening cocktail
• Consultancy service during the exhibition
• Printing of 1000 pieces bill and banner
• Printing of 1000 pieces exhibition/event magazine + catalogue
• In the frame of this event , organisation of the Poem Day / 21st March and Theather Day / 27th March celebration and events
• To prepare the participation certicificates
• To prepare the outdoor-banners.
• To send invitation to 20.000 artist, art-lovers and collectors
• To find accomodation opportunities with reasonabe prices for our foreign guests
• To announce the event via local and national press and media, pressmeetings e.t.c..
• To make announcements at the local TV.
• Logistic anchorage of the gallery (cleaning , technical anchorage, catering)
• The security of the gallery will be generally carried. If requested some of the artists may apply for a privat-detailed insurance for their high valued art pieces. The cost will be carried by themselves.
