13th March, Friday, Women & Art Traditional Gala Night
Pineta De Luxe Hotel Ballroom.
Invitations for this special dinner, music and dance night where honorary
sertificates to participants will be given, can be obtained from our
organisation for a fee of 50 TL.
21th March, World Poetry Day
An unfergettable night with poets to set sail to poetry sea. Invitations for
the musical poetry concert can be obtained from our organisation for a fee
of 30 TL, booze, knick knacks and fruit basket included. We kindly request a
previous reservation since the demand for the service is high.
27th March, World Theatre Day
This special day will be celebrated with a special theatre show as in al
previous years.
We kindly request from our artists who would like to take a part wthin the
festival as instructors, lecturers or speakers in conferances, seminars,
panels and workshops, to send a form including the proposed seminar, lecture
or show contents to our organisation.

2009 Women & Art Festival, Composite Fine Arts Exhibition
Terms of Participation
Artists wish to participate the exhibition can only send two artworks and
are required to pay a 250 TL fee for participation and take place in the
catalogue.
Presentation booklet, opening coctail and activity organisation are being
held by our agency and every artist has a right to recieve 100 invitations.
Participating artists are required to send the below items to the e-mails

- Receipt of the 250 TL fee payment which must be done to the bank accounts:
Garanti Bank, Marmaris 308/629 83 10 or İş bankası Marmaris 194778
- A portrait photograph of the participant artist
- Photographs of the artworks to be submitted to the exhibition
- Resume in Turkish and English, at a maximum length of a5 size paper.
- Artworks such as video art performances must be submitted with a
presentation poster.
Artists to submit artworks for the plasma TV screening during the exhibition
must prepare a digital show cd to be screened all day long, including their
workshops in their atelier and a collection of all their artworks (20
selected artworks). Fee to be involved in this show is 150 TL.
Also, artists wish to participate in the virtual Art Train in www.maksev.org
will have a chance to be seen by art lovers all around the world and sell
their artworks online. Participation fee for 20 selected artwork for 1 year
is 100 TL. Our organisation requires %25 of online sales made via Art Train.

Artificers are going to pay 250YTL as contribution rate of exhibition
organization and having a place in catalogue for Mixed Fine Arts Exhibition
where they can join with their 2 impresses.
Introduction book of exhibition, Opening Cocktail and Activities
Organization are done by our Agency and 100 free invitation are given to
each artificer.
Joiner Artificers who’d like to get a place in Exhibition must mail a photo,
scanned photos of pictures which will be in Exhibition,Turkish and English
CV in a page which is A5 size, and bank receipt by paying accession cost
into the Garanti Bank/Marmaris-308/6298310 numbered account or İş
Bank/Marmaris-194778 numbered Account to kalimerhaba@kalimerhaba.org - info@ajansvillaekip.com
e-mail addresses until date of 29th January 2009.
Publicity Posters of arts of Artificers which will be joined with film,
video, and Art Performance must be reached to us, too.
A digital CD Show is going to be prepared which will be on during the
Exhibition all the time. This CD Show will include various views from
workshop of Artificers and a collection from all arts (20 chosen impresses).
The cost of having a place of this CD Show which is going to be watched in
Mixed Fine Arts Exhibition of Woman and Art Festival between 08th-30th March
2009 is 150YTL.
Also, watching and selling opportunity of impresses by Art-lovers in all
over the world will be provided by keeping an Art wagon for a year in Art
Train of www.maksev.org web site for each Artificer who will join the
Exhibition. The cost of having a place with your chosen 20 impresses in Art
Train for a year is 100YTL and %25 of sale price of sold impresses in this
organization will be charged by our organization.
There are luxury accommodation opportunities in 3 stars begonville Hotel in
the frame of Culture and Art Holiday Programme for Exhibition Participants.

and benefit from this programme all the time.
The invitation cards of poem listening with music in Poem Ship which will
sail to Poem Sea in 21st March, Poem Day of the World can be provided from
our organization by paying 30YTL (drink, appetizers, fruits are
included).Having the provisional reservation is necessary for this programme.
Because of having limited places for our guests.
Traditional Gala Night of Woman and Art Festival will come true in Theatres
Day of the World, 27th March 2009, Friday. And the invitation Cards of this
night which programme includes special diner, music, sketch, dancing is
50YTL and can be provided from our organization. Also, Honour Certifications
will be given to the participants in this Gala Night.
We look forward the applications which includes their conversation,
education and show CDs of Artificers who’d like to have a place as educator
in workshops studying or conferencier in conference, Seminar, Panel
Activities of Woman and Art Festival, 2009 Programme.
